Do you offer help setting up WorkWare with our existing systems and documents?

Yes. This service will eventually be limited to just the Enterprise plan, but for a limited time we’re offering free on-board assistance to every new user.

You will work with a dedicated rep who will setup WorkWare with all of the forms, checklists, documentation and manuals that you need access to so you can 'hit the ground running' from day one.

Do I have to sign up for a subscription for a certain period?

WorkWare is provided on a monthly basis. The initial term for using WorkWare is three months, which we believe gives you enough time to really see the value that it can bring to your daily operations.

After that, your subscription will continue monthly until cancelled.

Which package is right for our business?

The right choice will ultimately come down to the size of your operation and the type of support required by you or your users.

Our enterprise package is most popular with larger organisations that require dedicated support for all of their users from an account manager. Our dedicated reps already know the details of the businesses they work with, and can configure the software to your requirements and help on board your users without your direct involvement saving you time.

Can I add new users at any time?

Yes. To make administration and billing easier, we do not bill by the user, so adding more users is a simple process that typically won’t affect your billing.

If you add enough users to change your package (for example, adding more than 25 users) you will be asked to confirm your new package and the upgrade will be billed pro-rata.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

There are no restrictions on exporting your data or moving it to another system. All of your forms, inspections and checklists will be available as PDFs so you can save them to your server / computer or print and file the hard copies.

We will also keep your data live for 90 days in case you change your mind, unless you tell us otherwise.

How secure is my data?

Extremely. WorkWare runs on AWS cloud infrastructure operated by Amazon Web Services, who are responsible for the secure storage of some the world's largest corporations. This is backed by Amazon's 99.99% uptime service level agreements. The infrastructure provided is designed and managed in alignment with security best practices and standards including ISO9001 / ISO 27001, PCI DSS Level 1, SOC1 – 3 / SAS 70 and FIPS 140-2.

In addition, our application layer is secured by CloudFlare providing you a higher level of uptime and protecting against common threats like database injections and denial of service (DOS) attacks.
